FOUNDER'S STORY
I started Inner Werk Apparel not as some guru, but as a guy who had to face the hardest truth of his life.
I was over 350 pounds, fueled by soda, energy drinks, and sweets. I wasn't thriving; I was surviving, barely.
Then came a serious health scare, where the embarrassment of the whole ordeal broke me. My doctor couldn't run a crucial, life-saving test because my size was too large for the equipment.
Being told my body was blocking an answer that could save my life, that was my rock bottom. I knew the battle wasn't with a scale; it was the Inner Werk I had to do to earn my own survival.
I chose my future over quick comfort and changed my diet. It took discipline, setbacks, and a ton of grit.
Today, I’m over 125 pounds lighter! And at 45 years old, I genuinely feel more youthful than ever before. This isn't just about weight loss; it’s about the mental fight to beat addiction, fear, and shame. That struggle is the soul of Inner Werk Apparel.
